Ganador engages contract trainers to deliver training across the country. Our three key criteria are:
- People who are passionate about people: You must be able to engage and connect with people.
- You must have significant industry experience.
- You must have the CERT IV, TAA. (If you have it you'll know what that means.)
We do not have any CURRENT vacancies. But we are always keen to add to our list of L&D professionals. We pay top dollar - not only because we want to attract the best, but because we know top trainers do much more than the stand in front of a room for a few hours.
