We have created a suite of training and development platforms that enable us to pick or customise a training solution that suits you and your business.
This is our Registered Training Organisation (based in Australia and strictly for Australian Employers only). We are accredited to train in Retail, Management and Marketing and we can offer a full range of face-to-face and online learning opportunities for Australian trainees. (This means employers may be subsidized with governement funding.)
Unlike most other RTOs we have actually developed our own resource material, which can be further customised to suit employers' needs.
GANADOR ONLINE LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT (G.O.L.D)
This site is dedicated to offering quick and affordable training options to employees and the general public. Our online training platform here is supremely flexible and is rich with multimedia content, but most importantly, we can honestly say that it reflects the state-of-the-art thinking and best practice in retail, management and marketing that is unavailable anywhere else.
Our C.A.R.E program is a unique framework conceived to achieve major productivity improvements in the retail supply chain through: Customer Acquisition Retention & Education.
We also recognise that there are many people (besides us) who have expertise and the willingness to contribute. We therefore created a society of retail professionals by establishing a social media platform where anyone with a professional interest in the art and science of retail can interact as a member of the community. (There are currently great sign-on bonuses, so check it out soon.)
